Brett Wolens has worked in the disability sector for over 30 years, working both within the Government and non-Government sector. His career began working as a support worker with individuals with a disability, mental health and ageing. Brett realised early in his career he had a passion for understanding what drives individual behaviour. It wasn't long before Brett become the Behaviour Support Officer and then Senior Program Officer within the Department of Communities.
